ProJet b.v. is ready for delivery of 4 ProCleaners (Power Cleaners) for Cartiera Pirinoli S.C.
The ProCleaner Type F (Forming Fabrics – Power Cleaner) uses a single traversing head that cover the fabrics faster than the existing conventional oscillating showers. The goal is to achieve substantial water savings because the ProJet b.v. Power Cleaner uses only 5.0 litre/min of water; a conventional shower consumes over 160 l/min.

ProJet received an order for 2 Forming Fabric Cleaners (ProCleanersTM) from Kipas Kagit Paper for their Paper Machine # 1 in Turkey. The order was received in September 2023 and the value of the order will not be disclosed. Delivery will be in Q2 of 2024.
PM1 produces Fluting and Testliner on a 8.6 meter wide machine, using 100% OCC. OCC is known for its extreme contamination on the Paper Machine Clothing. The ProCleanerTM with the “ProPlusModeTM” is highly effective in maintaining cleanliness and permeability of Forming Fabrics which is exactly the reason that Kipas Kagit continues to choose for ProJet. The “۲.۰” head is equipped with more nozzles for continuous cleaning and enhanced cleaning during sheet breaks, the “ProPlusModeTM”. Cleaning water and contamination is effectively evacuated by a vacuum system.
ProJet received an order for the supply of 2 new high pressure showers for the Forming Fabric and the Felt Section from PT. Sun Paper Source. SPS Tissue is located in Mojokerto, Indonesia and TM12 is producing towel and tissue grades, made from recycled fiber. This leads to contamination on the Forming Fabrics and Press Felts, which require special attention for High Pressure cleaning during production.
The order was received in Augustt 2023. The equipment is scheduled to be delivered in Q2, 2023 and installation & start-up later in July 2023. The value of the order will not be disclosed.
