EU ready to reduce its dependence on Russia in its paper sector in 2023

Sanctions on the import of birch and other wood raw materials from Russia led to an increase in the price of paper in the majority of EU countries, however, at present, the such negative effect is being reduced to a minimum, according to recent statements, made by some leading EU analysts in the field of wood and timber.
