Saica becomes majority shareholder of Lic Packaging in Italy

Spanish Saica Group has increased its participation in Italian company Lic Packaging. The group, that joined Lic Packaging in 2001, now owns 80 per cent of the company and therefore becomes its majority shareholder, a Saica spokesperson told EUWID. The Bertoldo family will remain in the management of the business
