Hinojosa acquires ASV Packaging, adds ۲۰۰ employees in France

Hinojosa Packaging Group has finalised the acquisition of ASV Packaging, a French benchmark in folding cartons for the food and consumer goods sectors, with more than 34 years of expertise. This marks the culmination of the process launched in July 2023, when Hinojosa acquired a 49% stake in the French company.
