USA investigate imports of high purity disolving pulp from Brazil and Norway

US Department of Commerce (DOC) has launched an antidumping (AD) duty investigation of high purity dissolving pulp (DP) imported from Brazil and Norway and a countervailing (CV) duty investigation of imports of high purity DP from Brazil.
