Pixelle to divest its Stevens Point facility to Ahlstrom

Pixelle Specialty Solutions LLC, a leading high end solutions provider in food and consumer packaging applications, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Stevens Point, Wisconsin facility to Ahlstrom Oyj , a global leader in fiber-based specialty materials.
