{"id":18710,"date":"2023-11-04T17:00:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-04T13:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paw.ir\/?p=18710"},"modified":"2023-11-04T09:04:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-04T05:34:03","slug":"ilim-group-appoints-new-ceo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paw.ir\/?p=18710","title":{"rendered":"Ilim Group appoints new CEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p>The Board of Directors appointed Aleksei Lomko as Chief Executive Officer of\u00a0 Russian JSC Ilim Group effective from October 30, 2023.\u00a0Aleksei Lomko is one of key opinion leaders in corporate law, management, legal support, and re-engineering of large companies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13013 alignright\" style=\"color: #b2aca2; font-size: 14.4px; --darkreader-inline-color: #b2aca2;\" src=\"http:\/\/papertoexport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/gu9yugkoxko6phdrdbsy-300x254.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"254\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Lomko is a graduate of the Ural Legal Academy and holds MBA degrees from the Northwestern University (U.S.) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>He joined Ilim Group in 2005 as Deputy Director Legal.<\/p>\n<p>Aleksei stood at the origin of the corporate formation of Ilim Group. In 2007, he took charge of the Group\u2019s Legal Department that provided legal support for the establishment of a Russian-American joint venture and its investment activity.<\/p>\n<p>When the management architecture was changed in 2013, Mr Lomko was appointed Vice President Legal and later in 2018 became Senior Vice President Legal.
